COMPLIMENTARY WIFI ACCESS
Complimentary Wi-Fi is not part of the reservation, which is only available around some apartments and some common area. It is free for our guests to use. Wi-Fi password is available from reception. We reserve the right and final decision whether to provide guest with Wi-Fi or not. Lack of Wi-Fi access in your apartment is not accepted as a reason for refund or cancel your reservation
Guest Laundry is located next to Apartment 3. You are welcome to use laundry between 2pm and 8pm daily. Please contact reception to make arrangement if you intend to do your laundry outside these hours.
All washers and dryers are coins operated. You need to have $1 coins ready to use the machines. Don’t use any cent coin.
Use of washer is $4 per load, dryer is $4 per load up to 60 minutues. Alternatively clotheslines and pegs behind laundry room are available and free for guest use. Laundry powder is available at reception, $2 per pack. Iron and ironing boards are available and free hiring from reception.
SHOPPING & TOURISM
The local supermarket (FreshChoice), cafés and restaurants are located toward the ferry terminal on the west side of the marina car park with in 2-minute walk from the motel. Botany Town Centre and Sylvia Park are with in 20 minutes driving from the motel.

IN YOUR APARTMENT
Noise levels are to be kept to a minimum at all times. Parties are strictly prohibited. This includes any social gathering that is causing a disturbance to others.
Do not move any furniture in your apartment; additional charges may apply if it required our staff to move furniture in this apartment upon checked out.
Do not relocate any items from this apartment to any other apartment. You are liable for any missing items from this apartment.
SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN anywhere inside this apartment. Guest who smokes inside the apartment will be charged a $100 cleaning fee, and two nights rate of accommodation to cover business losses as the apartment needs to be closed for cleaning.
You may smoke outside the apartment. Outdoor chairs or benchs and ashtrays are available outside all apartments.
DRUNK DISORDERLY BEHAVIOUR
Drunk or disorderly behavior will not be tolerated at any time.
Under no circumstances, are pets allowed into the motel.
Your visitors are welcomed. However please ask your visitors to park their vehicle on the roadeside. Due to Health & Safety Act, please notify us by phone 0800 551055 or text to 027 5371055 if you are having any visitor visiting you in the motel.
Your visitors must vacate the premises no late than 9pm. Your visitors will be considered as extra guests if they do not leve by 9pm or arriving after 9pm. Additional $20 per person per night will be added to your account.
This apartment will be serviced daily on availability between 10am and 2pm. Let us know if you do not wish your apartment to be serviced or do not wish to be disturbed. Kitchen is your responsibility.
Don’t cook curries, spicy foods, or seafood in fairness to the next incoming guests. Additional charge of one night rate and other business losses will be incurred if the appartment has to be taken out of service while deodorising any cooking odour.
Any damage or breakage MUST be reported immediately. You are liable for any damage or losses caused during your staying.
It is advised you are responsible for your personal properties and keep any valuable out of sight. The motel is not liable to any loss or damage of your personal property.
