Cancel /Amend Your Reservation

 

Reservations made on OTA websites (i.e. AA Traveller, Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, hotel.com, Wotif, etc) are OTA Reservations. Cancellation and Amendment conditions are mostly likely different from our Terms and Conditions. Please contact the OTA directly for any Cancellation and/or Amendment. The motel can only deal with bookings made directly with us as we are not able to handle any booking on the OTA’s behalf.

Cancellations can only be done by emailing the request with the Booking Reference number directly to booking@hmbmotel.com; or by submitting the form below . You need to have received a reply from booking@hmbmotel.com to complete the cancellation process. Please note, without the email confirmation issued by the above email address all cancellation is regarded invalid.

 

To eliminate confusion and misunderstanding all telephone cancellations cannot and will not be accepted.
